Everyone should be a feminist.
Actually, this is so problematic in so many ways. Judith Butler’s discourse surrounding representation and identity politics leads us to understand that through the act of creating this category, the category comes into being. Being a woman does not denote a common identity, because all women are not the same. To assume so would be ignorant, excluding all other identities within race, class, sexuality, etc. Plus, all of these women above are white, what does that say about equality?
